Manifesting

Develop the inner mastery of fully-aligned, conscious creating to reclaim the joy and inspiration of your heartfelt, authentic life.

So much has been written about the art of manifesting, yet there are often misconceptions about the process itself. In reality, manifesting isn’t something we decide to “do” as much as it is something we already are, because just by thinking about a topic (with emotion, and belief) we’re generating energy that creates.

One of the most remarkable things about embracing the wider reality of this ability is that you come to know you’ve played a significant part in crafting your life’s circumstances… and what you’ve manifested can be changed by you as well.

Here are some observations about manifesting, from neuroscientist Dr. Joe Dispenza. He is a pioneer in the field of quantum physics, and provides research and scientific evidence for the way manifesting works.

-The quantum model, which states that all possibilities exist in this present moment, is your key to healing and change, because it gives you permission to choose a new future for yourself and actually observe it into reality.

-Meditation opens the door between the conscious and subconscious minds. We meditate to enter the operating system of the subconscious, where all of those unwanted habits and behaviors reside, and change them to more productive modes to support us in our lives.

-We know that it takes a clear intention (a coherent brain) and an elevated emotion (a coherent heart) to begin to change a person’s biology from living in the past to living in the future. That combination of mind and body—of thoughts and feelings—also seems to influence matter. And that’s how you create reality.

-We’ve in fact conditioned ourselves to believe all sorts of things that aren’t necessarily true — and many of these things are having a negative impact on our health and happiness…. We’re addicted to our beliefs; we’re addicted to the emotions of our past. We see our beliefs as truths, and not as ideas that we can change….We cannot create a new future by holding on to the emotions of the past.

-When you’re truly focused on an intention for some future outcome, if you can make inner thought more real than the outer environment during the process, the brain won’t know the difference between the two. Then your body, as the unconscious mind, will begin to experience the new future event in the present moment. You’ll signal new genes, in new ways, to prepare for this imagined future event.

-The moment you decide to no longer think the same way, act the same way or live by the same emotions, it’s going to feel uncomfortable. And the moment you feel uncomfortable, you just stepped into the river of change

-When we tune in to the feelings of our future, and we can stay in those feelings, then we’re connected to that new future. We actually believe in it. Because we’ve overcome our doubt, we’ve become our belief, and we’ve remembered what’s possible. And in doing so, we’re remembering our future.

Being Focused in the Present Moment with Confidence, Faith, and Joy

Through our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, we are always in the process of manifesting. So we’re either creating from the past and from limited beliefs, or creating from the fresh, unencumbered moment of now. To be centered in the now, we need to quiet our minds from distracting thoughts, and examine our beliefs to make sure we’re in alignment with our desired future.

We are made of energy, which influences our physical reality, including our health and our life circumstances. As a living energy field, which vibrates at a certain frequency, we tend to attract a reflection of our persistently-held vibrational state. In order to manifest something we hope for, we need to be a match- to be in alignment- with the hoped-for event or circumstance. We have the power to influence our own frequency by becoming aware of and managing our emotions and thoughts.

A vital component of manifesting successfully is being able to hold a state of certainty- the ability to feel that what you hope for has already occurred. In other words, the image of where your life is going has to be more potent and dominant than the image of where you are currently. So keep your thoughts focused on what you want, not on what you don’t have or want, and let yourself feel the happiness and excitement you’d feel if that new reality existed right now.

Along with those positive emotions, imagine that everything is unfolding perfectly for you, in divine order. Relax into an attitude of trust, believing that the right thing will happen at the right time. We must be willing to surrender control over how or when what we hope for will happen, and allow a greater intelligence to create synchronicities and events to bring our wished-for outcome, or something better, into our life.

The writer Eric Butterworth sheds light on the transformational power always available to us: “The whole universe is on your side. Life is forever biased on the side of healing, on the side of overcoming, on the side of success. When you get yourself centered in the universal flow you become synchronized with this divine bias for good.”
